Lalika presents a classic pinafore style crafted from a rare and exclusive hand-loomed textile in stunning shades of burgundy, tan, cream and magenta. Showcasing the beauty of true hand-craftsmanship, the mismatched plaid design features a bustier shaped corset and criss-cross open back flowing into an A-line midi length skirt, a hip-to-bust zip in the middle of the back and tan cotton underlining for added comfort.

Material ~ 100% Hand-loomed Cotton with 100% Cotton Lining.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Ethically handmade with love in India, the creation of this garment serves to support local traditions and the preservation of the ancient artistry of handloom weaving.

Pumpkin spiced clovelyness

It has a really comfortable fit with the cross back that doesn’t sit right under your armpit. It’s quite small in the bust but average at the waist.

"A Beautifully Feminine and Comfortable Masterpiece"

I love the openness at the top and the wide fullness at the bottom, which beautifully enhances my femininity. The outer fabric is firm, while the inside is lightly lined, creating a true oasis of comfort for my skin. Thank you for your wonderful work! P.S.: I usually wear size S, but based on the measurements described for this dress and the reviews, I chose size M. I’m 172 cm tall, with a bust of 92 cm and a waist of 70 cm, and S would have fit me as well!

My new favourite dress

This is my new favorite dress - such beautiful prints and quality fabric. It is also perfectly versatile - could be worn in its own, over a t-shirt, or over long sleeve tops for colder seasons. The sizing runs quite small around the waist, so i would highly recommend sizing up.

A bit disappointed

It's my third dress from DOI but I was left a bit disappointed by the finishes as shown on photos. I still love the fabric and shape so I'm keeping it and hopping that it can be fixed with an iron. But please for the price that shouldn't happen. (I'm still buying from you guys!!! )
